Hi, I'm not sure I understand exactly what you speak of, can you show where exactly would that be done? Also, if I manually send a reminder to the approver, nothing gets out as well. So would that be related to the created action trigger?
Hi guys, I have iTop 3.0 running with a few addons, one of them being Approval process automation It is running as intended, I have created a few service requests on the portal that refers to a single approval process, very simple, if a request comes, have it approved by the person's manager. When I test this, I see, in the test request, that it is in waiting approbation and in the approval tab. I see the user's manager is the next person to intervene on that request. Hi guys, I would like to know, is it possible to add icons to subservice categories. I know we can for Services and Service families, but the option is not available for subservice categories, which baffles me. Why remove that option at subservice categories, makes no sense to me. Hi guys, I installed the Approval process automation on itop 3.0 and it works great except for one thing. Every time I create a request and click on the dispatch to a team button via the portal, I get an error message on screen but nothing is written. The request still goes through, but i'd like to remove that error message. I looked in the itop logs, here's the error message shown there : Oops! An error has occured.: R-0000XX is currently in the "Waiting for approval" state, the "Dispatch to a team"...
