Installed it just now on MacOS 10.15.6 Beta. Got the complaint that it couldn't be used because Apple can't confirm it wasn't malicious. Left that dialog box up, opened System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Unlocked the padlock. Tried running again. Now a message appeared with an "Open anyway" button. Clicked that. Program runs. This type of sequence is typical these days for these kinds of issues. Sometimes it wants to move the app to Trash. Best bet is to ignore that and go to Security & Privacy...
