I tried to open this folder and now I am stuck with an error dialog which keeps poping back up when I click OK. I had to uninstall everything SOS Berlin, delete all the directories and reinstall in order to get JOE back on track. The issue is resolved. I had JRE 9 installed. I downgraded it to v 8, restarted the service and it worked.
