    Pros: Nothing. We were overcharged. Once Paycosmos conceded that they were overcharging us, we expected that they would promptly issue refunds for the months we were overcharged. However, we had to persistently follow up in order to eventually get refunds processed. The customer service is slow and unhelpful.
