Comapnies and professionals seeking a business phone solution to receive, route and redirect calls
About Verizon One Talk
Make working remotely work for your business. Your office goes where work takes you. Easily receive, route and redirect calls on One Talk, our mobile-first business phone solution designed for how you work today. One Talk is a mobile-first, business phone service. It rings one number that can be shared across a combination of compatible devices, smartphones (either with an enhanced built-in dialer or a mobile app), PCs/Macs, and desk phones, so that customers can reach your employees on their preferred devices, whether they're at the office or on the go. One Talk is not your traditional VoIP solution; in fact, it's better, because it enables both mobile and desktop calling, giving your business the flexibility it requires. Calls can ring simultaneously on your compatible mobile and desk phones, as well as the desktop app, so customers can reach you whether you are in the office or on the go.

"One Talk app" Posted 2023-08-17
Pros: It does not work as intended and sold.
Cons: You cannot find staff at Verizon, but no town one talk is to work or knows how to troubleshoot with the problems that he have. There is only one person that does anything and most recent issues that I have, he has had to send to management because he is unable to make the change needed. That was eight weeks ago, two months, still waiting and nobody has contacted me to help him. However, that employee has done everything he can to reach management and tell them this is a business, a medical clinic, and no one cares that it’s one talk isn’t working that a business shut down so I advise to never get one talk
Overall: Terrible experience.

I would avoid this app at all cost if you want a business to depend on a reliable phone source. They should’ve never put this out in the market, knowing that businesses are relying on it.
