    Pros: I don't have any pros for this software. I am sure there are other platforms to use, but this is the one my employer suggested.

    Cons: The system continued to kick me out of the training. It idles and doesnt load. Its not a good system to learn anything if the system continues to crash. I DO NOT recommend.

    Overall: They need to fix their software. If people are supposed to be learning, getting kicked out of systems and not being able to log back on for several hours isn't conducive to learning.

    Pros: I do not recommend this company. Bad customer service.
    They don't mail the cards but charge for it.

    Cons: Do not use this company.

    My employees completed their OSHA 30, and they never mailed their card. They want us to pay 50 for something they never mail.

    Overall: Do not use this company.

    After several calls and emails with horrible customer service, I was told we needed to pay $50 for a replacement card. They didn't even mail the card but want me to double pay for it.

    Save your time and money.

    Pros: I have no Pros to list as I am so upset at the way my case was handled.

    Cons: I completed my OSHA 30 course on 08/20/24 and never received my OSHA 30 card in the mail. When I called in after a month or two, I was told my card was being sent out in the next batch and was told that they have 90 days to send them out. After 90 days when I still had not received my card I called again but this time I was told because I waited until after the 90 days, I have to pay a $50.00 Card replacement fee. The is terrible, they have no proof they sent the card nor any proof it was delivered to my address and yet I have to pay for the replacement card. my recommendation is DON'T USE PURE SAFETY TO OBTAIN YOU OSHA CERTIFICATIONS!!!
