    "Game changer for my frontline employees"

    Pros: Able to reach employees via their mobile phones who don't normally feel engaged, as they are out in the field and get real-time feedback.
    Easy to use tool - I don't have to think about the survey questions myself - the tool does it for me.
    Insights and actions are a game changer - it doesn't just provide results but also actions tailored to my industry, which I can share with employees so they know their feedback is important.

    Cons: Does not have survey questions where you can pick more than one answer but I have fed that back to their support team who have put it on their roadmap

    Overall: Delightful experience as an Admin - easy to use and results/insights/actions are awesome. My team are so much happier being able to provide quick feedback vs long annual surveys.
