Pros: We had used this product for few months. We started on their old flash version software platform and then also tried their new platform. At first since we were not very familiar with this field we felt differently about the product until we learned more about their people and products. We can very strongly say that there is nothing to like about the product as they are much better alternatives and we can certainly add that there are better people to do business with.

Cons: Lets be specific:
SMS : unless you have a person dedicated to watch the screen and check on every SMS delivery, you'll be wasting your $ and time. Their software could be sending undeliverable SMS all day long whiteout any notification or stopping the sms once your sending is flagged or is no longer delivered by the carrier. On their platform, SMS are frequently become undeliverable , and you are forced to call their support and wait until they changed and reset your SMS before restarting while potentially thousands of sms have gone to the waste basket. It is really a primitive solution, compared to other providers that we have found.
IVR: we had used their IVR off on on for 6 months as we paid for two three months periods (one on their flash platform and one three months on their claimed improved platform) we never received even one transferred call.
RVM : Too slow and no control over how many message you can set to leave per minute or hour especially if you have paid for a large number of bands. Other providers allow you to set how many calls could be made per minutes by each hour of the day. The Stratics Networks software is not a mature well thought of platform while their prices are higher than other more mature products.

Overall: Stay away. and also be careful when you sign up online. Preview their reviews online. The company has 13 reviews (as of March 2021) 3 of them refer to Stratics Networks's fraudulent billing practices and several others complain about the products. Be careful while singing on online, they have a very small print that after 10 days of your initial purchase, there will be no refund or cancelation, and while you may think you are purchasing a month, 3 moths or six months plan they will automatically charge you claiming their service is an ongoing subscription. and they will not refund your money once they charge for subsequent term, claiming that their policy is a 90% refund when you had first signup on day one for the initial service being it might have been months ago, so once they charge you they can cancel your plan and keep your money. We had purchased a three months plan. On the first day after the plan ended they charged us for another three months with entirely a different price (about 12% more cost). We contacted them immediately stating that 1- we had no idea they were keeping our credit card and automatically charging us, 2- that we did not wish to continue with them. It took several calls and emails before they responded and they have refused to refund any portion of what they had charged. They also had the audacity to cancel the service while pocketing the $ they had charged.
In an effort to serve the legal papers on these bunch we had learned that they have a front registration of a registered agent in Alabama whom we could never find, and when contacted them several times, they had refused to give us their legal counsel for accepting legal papers or to even provide their company address in Canada. We are suing them in San Francisco, CA for several violations including credit card and consumer fraud.

Pros: The Ringless Voicemail is True Ringless. Its not like the other guys where your phone rings.

Cons: I dont like flash but they are releasing V3 of the Unlimited Ringless Voicemail software next month in HTML5

Overall: Ringless Voicemail by Stratics Networks first came on the market as the largest provider of outbound IVR with over 90,000 owned phone lines. Years ago they Invented Ringless Voicemail Drops and seem to be #1 in the space. I like this company and there tech.
