    Pros: - right product @ right price
    - accurate data
    - simple UI (easy to train)
    - robust search function
    - easy to use
    - integrations
    - customer support

    Cons: There are a multitude of features, not all relevant to me. While more competitive than other options, it can still get expensive if you use their entire suite of services/products/etc.

    Overall: If you're in sales, you need to see this. Even if you do not end up fitting it into your budget, it's worth knowing about.
