Instilling Quality is a unique quality assurance tool that objectively selects and scores the accuracy and completeness of follow-up activities on accounts, by user. The tool is a component of Resolution Queue™, a PwC proprietary, customizable workflow software for healthcare accounts receivable (A/R), but can be licensed separately and used as a standalone tool, depending on your needs. Instilling Quality software randomly selects work completed by collection specialists and assigns a numeric score based on the thoroughness and completeness of each account. Users can identify the exact criteria so they may score accounts accordingly. Sample work reviewed for quality is based on a user score’s 90-day rolling average. The higher the team member’s score, the fewer accounts reviewed; the lower the scores, the more accounts will be queued for review to help improve reviews.
