Pros: Easy to use and great customer service. The system is simple, fast to sign on and the owner dashboard is amazing.
Cons: We love the product, yet to have an issue with the product.
Overall: 10/10 - Our entire operation has recently moved over to Metrix and we could not be happier. Awesome product.
