About IONOS Cloud Cubes
IONOS Cloud Cubes are cost-effective virtual server instances designed to provide flexible computing capacity for a wide range of cloud workloads. Each Cube functions as a virtual machine that includes virtual CPU resources, RAM, and a directly attached NVMe storage volume to deliver fast performance for applications and services. It allows users to deploy independent computing environments that can be used for development, testing, staging, or running lightweight production workloads such as web applications. Cloud Cubes are integrated into the IONOS Cloud infrastructure and can operate alongside other services like the Compute Engine within the same virtual data center, enabling businesses to combine resources and scale their environments as needed. Users can configure and manage Cubes visually through the Data Center Designer interface or automate their creation and management through APIs, SDKs, and configuration management tools.
