About Google Ad Exchange (AdX)
Google AdX (formerly DoubleClick Ad Exchange) is a programmatic advertising exchange that allows publishers to sell their ad inventory to multiple ad networks and advertisers in real-time. It uses real-time bidding (RTB) to determine the price of each ad impression, which is essentially an auction where advertisers compete for the opportunity to display their ads on a publisher's website.
Google AdX is one of the largest and most popular ad exchanges in the world, and it offers publishers a number of benefits, including:
Access to a large pool of advertisers: AdX partners with a wide range of advertisers, including major brands, agencies, and ad networks. This gives publishers access to a much larger pool of demand than they could reach on their own.
Higher revenue potential: AdX uses RTB to ensure that publishers receive the highest possible price for their ad inventory.
