Dockwa's mission is to connect boaters and marinas. We strive to get more boaters out on the water more often and help marinas connect with their guests. We do this by helping marinas, yacht clubs and shipyards focus on the customer experience, become operationally efficient and improve their marketing.
Dockwa makes an award-winning, unified marina operations platform which connects boaters to marinas in real time. Boaters download the free iOS or Android app or log in online and then search, explore, reserve and pay for their reservations in a matter of minutes. Marinas then use the Dockwa platform to confirm reservations, collect payment, send contracts and manage their docks and moorings. Co-headquartered in Boston and Newport, RI, Dockwa is rapidly expanding nationwide with a marina network of around 1000 marinas and hundreds of thousands of boaters.
