We have on-line live demos of our web products or you can download demo versions of our desktop products. To get to the Main Document screen click on the Add/Edit Documents in System icon or select the same-titled item on the DOC9000 menu bar. The next thing that appears is the standard query screen for selecting a document. In this example we have selected to restrict the documents to those with a Document Type of "Standard Operating Procedures" and then we can click on the Requery button to bring forward the list of all documents meeting the search criteria. From here we can go to one selected record, view all selected records, just print out a list of the selected records or Add a New Record.

QCS9000

This same search form is used by all of the icons concerning NCMR's, so we will take the time here to look at the search screen. To see this search screen, click on the General NCMR Search icon from the main QCS9000 navigator. Find the first few digits of the model number listed on the back of your Topaz electronic signature pad. Select from the list. Then, choose the full model number from the selections that appear. Download SigPlus BSB software for use with Topaz "BSB" model signature pad to your computer's desktop. Right-click on the "Download SigPlus BSB" icon displayed here, select "Save Link As", and choose the desktop as the save location to begin the download. Double-click on the SigPlus BSB icon on your desktop (similar to the one displayed here) to begin installation.
