About Clearwater MMS

ClearWaterMMS holds a database of all your customers and their boats and can be configured to store any information which will be useful to your business. There is plenty of space under the tabs within the customer record to store information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details and general notes. Extra fields can be added easily. The database can be easily manipulated to produce mail merged documents within Microsoft Word such as address labels and letters. Information can be extracted from any of the fields within ClearWaterMMS, eg to write to all customers with boats over a certain length, or all customers with a dinghy, or customers moored in a certain area of the marina, etc. Being fully web-based, the system is infinitely scalable and can handle an unlimited number of transactions per day. As they share one database, all information input via the EPOS system can be used by the main ClearWaterMMS system.
