Overall: I think in this age of extreme productivity every firm has to invest in a digital tracker if they hope to keep up with the world. Definitely try Asana!

Pros: After using Asana you will no longer stay away from the remote team. Asana helps to bring the team together to work on projects in the most coordinated way. It gives every action information.

Cons: Asana is a perfect tool. No dislikes about this.

Overall: This tool is mainly crafted for work from home employees. It helps the remote team to be always in sync for the latest update and to coordinate with the team. Asana helps to solve our remote work limitations. It gives every detail about the project on one page.

Pros: It's so versatile. I use it for every single work task I have as a todo list, that's easily adjustable by date/task. I do the same now for my personal todos...it's a great way to make sure I've taken care of all important things for the day before signing off. Also, I use it for project management for projects between teams as well.

Cons: I can't say much against Asana other than I still haven't figured out a way to move more than one task at a time down my personal list of tasks, so I have to move them all individually.

Overall: Overall, extremely positive. Such a simple, but elegant solution to task and project management. I'd highly recommend any professional to at least try it to see if helps them manage their workload.

Pros: Project managing process is made very easy by Asana platform. Team communicate also became effortless after using this tool. Reminders and real-time notifications are useful.

Cons: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

Pros: User friendly, can create multiple "projects", all with their own tasks, can create subtasks for tasks, free to use (basic), calendar integration, add in images, notes, URLs, etc. to tasks.

Cons: Some features are only available on the paid version, but the basic version has so much to offer, that it doesn't bother me.

Overall: Asana is great to use for yourself (at home) or your team at work. It makes organizing ALL tasks for projects very simple and integrates with your calendar (if you like). You can assign due dates to tasks (and subtasks) and it just makes staying organized and on top of things that much easier.

Overall: Asana is one of the simplest project management tool with many integration options. It's clean & intuitive interface and minimal learning curve makes it a decent choice even in front of feature rich competitors like JIRA.

Pros: I loved how easy it was to use. Our team started used it and within a matter of days we all knew our way around Asana without needing any additional training. It's also great how it lets me set up tasks for individuals and track their completion. That ensures that important tasks and milestones are met on time. We also use this to collaborate on projects with other teams and it has worked very well for us with that. Lastly, the drag and drop features are fantastic.

Cons: There isn't much I dislike about Asana. It's worked great for us in the time that we have used it. The only sticking point is the mobile app could be better. Its crashed on me a few times.

Overall: Love it. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a way to organize their tasks and manage projects that are time sensitive. Their pricing is very competitive as well.

Pros: Asana has SO many helpful uses and keeps our tasks, goals, and projects on track. It's great for collaborating with others and breaking down complex projects into digestible, achievable tasks.

Cons: Price is a bit high compared to other tools and the platform isn't as secure or customizable as we'd like.

Cons: It doesn't always notify me via email or the app when there are updates.

Overall: Overall, having everything that I need to do listed in one place has really helped make tasks easier (making edits, etc.)

Pros: 1) Quick and easy configurations.
2) User interface is quick and very intuitive which helps to train users quickly on board.
3) Ability to upload files is good one which helps us maintain a small document management system in line.
4) For beginners and small team its very nice as the free plan supports 15 members on the board.

Cons: 1) It can be good for internal team purpose but when you wish to include client it doesn't offers right abstraction so it gets difficult to explain the client about entire project update. The entire update from Asana has to be taken to excel to be sent to client which is bit time consuming.
2) Comments on threads initiate tasks , its email system is bit confusing and unintentional emails are sent repeatedly which needs proper tweaking.
3) The system sometimes tend to get slow may be due to server load .

Overall: Asana is a good tool which we use almost everyday for our sub departments management, for internal teaming nothing can beat it considering its free tier which almost has all the basic and required features. As you grow you need to update and here comes the tricky price , the pricing is bit high as compared to other project management tools in same category. We can't say we use Asana for everything but asana and Samepage serves our purpose very well.

Pros: Super helpful for tracking tasks and keeping up with what is done and what needs to be done still for each.

Cons: There's not much flexibility but still works well.

Overall: Overall it's a good program to use for a small scale team. For larger projects I'd recommend otherwise.
