"Asana means the improvement of our group work " Posted 2021-04-01
Pros: Asana provides its own project templates with which it is possible to cover all kinds of work situations. By using it, it is possible to create online meetings to keep the group work coordinated and on a better basis, and to review feedback patterns with the customers of our product, for future plans.
Cons: The dashboard where we usually place our information about the follow-up processes to the errors that appear during the work cannot be connected to other dashboards of different themes once it has been created, which limits a little the way in which we can visualize the data of each part of the project.
Overall: Asana is a project software with great stability, with which there are no problems when working on several projects at the same time, demonstrating how well trained it is. It is very interesting to be able to schedule the process of launching a particular product while laying the groundwork for new projects in the future.

"Asana stands out for having the best mechanics for projects" Posted 2021-03-31
Pros: Asana organizes all the daily exposed topics concerning our current project in a single screen, from which it is possible to access at any time, and which can be shared through various levels of privacy depending on the confidentiality of the project in question. Asana is excellent for creating annotations
Cons: The Asana system does not have any integration to CRM services, so despite being able to coordinate and schedule releases of our finished applications, we cannot really communicate with customers from the platform without them not being involved in the development process. The views are not very varied
Overall: Despite the limited number of options to choose from during list management, with Asana we can use a cascading view that allows us to easily sort work content into different priorities. We like that the Asana platform has so many development options when it comes to allowing others to integrate into our private tasks, so they can adapt quickly.

"Asana is a Great Tool" Posted 2021-03-29
Pros: I really like the easy-to-use interface. It works great for project management and event planning. It is also easy for our contractors to use when working with our team.
Cons: No obvious downside here. I'd be curious if there are more ways to connect Asana with other tools (ex: Microsoft 365).
Overall: Asana is a great tool that our team uses weekly for project management and event planning. It is easy to learn, user-friendly, and can be customized according to your needs. Love it!

"Asana: Establishes interesting working methods" Posted 2021-03-29
Pros: Asana almost automatically communicates with our project partners thanks to the possibilities it fosters for group and peer interaction, which is good for work occasions where a high level of coordination and synchronization is required from the work group. Asana also has a good system for managing tables.
Cons: There are no points against our test time with Asana, since the experience has been positive. The platform has been able to meet our project management needs, and all the requirements we usually have in terms of configuration levels and customization of information and communication methods.
Overall: Through the kanban board method offered by Asana we have met all our work goals, and for this reason we have decided to recommend it to the entire community of developers who need to work in groups and cannot coordinate their work adequately. Asana makes working in a team more interesting and interactive.

"Asana has allowed us to automate our work immediately" Posted 2021-03-27
Pros: Brings all of our consultants' work together in a shared space, organizing tasks and projects from small details to large-scale initiatives. Asana organizes the work so our consultants know what needs to be done and how they need to proceed to get it done. We can choose the project view that best suits our style and collaborate no matter where we are. The platform organized which tasks were a priority and when the due dates were, it also assigned the tasks, with the task lists the advisors could immediately see what they needed to do facilitating their work within the entity. It is really efficient when it comes to organization, the change in the company was immediately noticeable.
Cons: The free version only allows up to 15 people, despite having messaging is very poor, we can not configure email notifications because it is complicated to disable it, making notifications somewhat annoying.
Overall: Asana defines the different tasks required to complete the project, assigns them to consultants and provides online tracking. Consultants can work as a team regardless of their physical location, whether from home or any country.

"Asana increases our work mobility by organizing projects" Posted 2021-03-22
Pros: Asana has the so indispensable tabloid creation system, which has been useful so that the information provided by the members within the project can be viewed by the rest, and at the same time each member can order this information as desired, without affecting in any way the work of others.
Cons: Asana does not deliver a report generator with sufficiently varied fonts, which seems to be a mistake due to the apparent impossibility of including text fonts exported from some other platform. To solve this it was necessary to use an external writing service, and then send the reports to Asana.
Overall: There are administrative tools that can manage to be applied in as many ways as the team requires, and Asana's adaptability makes it one of these tools. Its versatility to allow switching between functions can result in one of the best working dynamics that can be given to an ongoing project.

"Asana as an essential tool to manage and collaborate" Posted 2021-03-21
Pros: Asana handles very good collaboration tools. Each team member is able to receive updates in real time and without any delay as each task is being developed. As well as it also allows sending messages within the same platform with its integrated chat. The integrations with Google and Slack are incredible.
Cons: Sometimes some tasks are not found and you have to close and log in so that they can appear and makes us particularly waste time. You have to find a way to prioritize some projects and Asana does not allow you to mark them. The free version limits the process a lot.
Overall: Asana is an excellent idea when it comes to direct project management. We have many advanced tools to manage such projects. Finally, it has integration with Gantt charts which makes it very complete as a program, although it is sometimes required to pay. It has allowed us to provide guidance within the program itself. We improved individual tracking of both temporary and long-term projects. We were able to track many requests that we thought were lost.

"Asana has the best CRM configuration with Marketing Adaptation" Posted 2021-03-21
Pros: We love the option that Asana shows us when publishing and configuring reports, it allowed us to easily set up lead reports. We are surprised how easy and well designed the Asana dashboard is. It has allowed us to do a lot of data analysis easily and simultaneously from all our Digital Marketing channels.
Cons: Sometimes its simplicity bores us, although it is a very complete program, its design needs major updates to organize some tools. It does not show us most of the time the integrations with HubSpot.
Overall: Asana is very useful and stands out above many similar CRMs by the way it analyzes each point in our reports. It has made it easy for us to study ROI across multiple marketing channels. Lastly, we love the ability to be able to download data with Asana without having a web connection. We were able to immediately set up the option to potentially produce reports for clients, Asana has made this job much easier for us and allows us to be direct with each client. We also configured the ability to add custom data fields to generate a potential completion of data analysis.

"We get the best project management tool with Asana " Posted 2021-03-21
Pros: The user management is amazing it has allowed us to assign tasks from a general project and also see each user that is registered within the project. It has also allowed us to review the activity history of each employee. We were also able to automate the creation of Gantt charts when needed.
Cons: Sometimes Asana is not so useful for organized file storage, as you have to have a microscopic view at times to review the files that can be stored in each task, making it tedious to use. All this can be improved thanks to some update they decide to implement in the future we need integration with notes as a whole and different types of media for project organization.
Overall: We were able to perform collaborations using a limited project capacity which gave us a project tracking with time zone structure and complex team structures. We were able to plan a logistical execution for each project individually and also to plan the time in which the project will be developed. At the end of the tests we were able to evaluate all the possible tools for the use of team collaboration. It is necessary to manage the ability to review progress on the project itself so that the workflow is faster and the documentation of notes and processes can be done through the system's configuration boards.

"Project management with the greatest possible comfort." Posted 2021-03-03
Pros: There are several features that I love about Asana, because this is a platform that has given us excellent project management and has been very stable in the development of each project as a group. The positive characteristics that have attracted my attention the most about Asana are:
- Asana has excellent synchronization and integration with the Google Calendar service, which helps us a lot since this way we can have a more exact planning in the projects that we are developing, and we can be more attentive to the delivery date of each project.
- Asana's user interface is fully customizable, thanks to its function of changing views, it allows modifying each of the sections in each work area and it also allows modifying the colors of the interface of each user, in order to to provide a better user experience that is much more comfortable.Cons: Asana has a very limited free trial, which causes new users to feel a bit uncomfortable when carrying out projects within this platform. Currently, the Asana free trial does not allow the user interface to be modified in the same way as the paid version, as there are few colors that can be placed and there is also a limit of sections that can be mobilized. In addition, the notification system for project editing that has existed is very deficient, since it sends very few notifications when a user or project collaborator has modified the project in some way.
Overall: Asana seems like an incredible platform to me. This platform has several negative points in its free trial version and also in the functional notification system in the modifications of the projects, however, I consider that my experience has been sufficiently complete to exceed my expectations. Asana has allowed me to create a large number of projects simultaneously, I have also been able to count on the help of my work colleagues to be able to complete projects more quickly thanks to the excellent collaborator system that Asana has. I thank Asana for keeping me more consistent in the administration and completion of projects, thanks to this platform we have been able to finish projects in less time.

"Prepare projects as a group with the support of colleagues." Posted 2021-03-02
Pros: Asana and the great way it has to organize projects as a group, and to be able to track the project online, is what makes this platform great. One of the main things that I liked about Asana is that it works very well in integration with the Slack system, this integration has allowed me to have a better creation of projects since I can communicate with my work team and I also have the possibility of sharing the project that we are carrying out, with the communication channels that we have in Slack. The second thing that I liked a lot about Asana, is that it provides me with a large number of templates that allow me to create a much more optimized project, with a unique design. And the third thing that I liked about Asana is that this platform allows me to carry out projects as a group, in this way I can get constant participation from all my work colleagues to finish the project faster.
Cons: As I mentioned before, I am fascinated with how to create and manage projects with Asana, however, there are some things that I do not like about this platform and that have significantly affected my performance in the functionalities of this platform, these characteristics are :
1.- Asana does not have keyboard shortcuts, which makes it difficult to move around the panel quickly. Currently the only way to get around the panel and the projects that are being developed is manually.
2.- When creating list or board projects, you have to be very sure which project is being created, since then it is not possible to modify the type of project.Overall: Despite the things I mentioned above which were not to my liking, I consider that I had a great experience with the help of Asana. In our company, the development of projects was individually, but since this platform arrived in our work system, we managed to work together and now we are able to finish projects even faster with the help of the fantastic way of group work. Asana has a fantastic interface which can be modified by the user, he can modify the colors, backgrounds and organization of the sections of the platform. I am satisfied with Asana and consider my overall experience to be remarkably good.

"Great task management tool!" Posted 2020-12-16
Pros: I'm not usually keen on using to-do lists or task management sites, but our company is all work from home so we needed something to help us make sure projects weren't falling through the cracks. So Asana is a great resource for that! I especially love the unicorn that flies across the page when you mark a task as "done"!
Cons: There isn't much to complain about. I think the only reason people wouldn't like this tool is if they aren't used to using to-do lists.
Overall: Overall, this is a great task management tool, and I had to test out quite a few other services similar to this one before choosing to go with Asana for the whole team.
