Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Hay connects AI reasoning to real business system actions: processing refunds via Shopify, creating tickets in Zendesk, updating records in HubSpot, and more. The architecture separates the reasoning layer from action execution, with confidence scoring and two-stage validation on destructive operations.
