Excellent Video Converter. One of the very few tools that could create the supported video for Rockhip RK26XX MP4 players (skip B frames and something like that). And that virus report - perhaps is just a false positive.

the program interface is terrible. A virus was found in vidrop.exe by Qihoo-360 antivirus.
