This is the easiest software I have used yet for time tracking! With a somewhat intermittent schedule at times, I might forget to punch in our out at the right time, but I can easily edit the punches. One thing to watch out for is if you leave the clock punched in across midnight by accident, you will need to edit the date of the punch-out as well as the time. Otherwise you will log 24 hours more than intended! The Punch Window with its total punch calculations gives a quick reference to how much time you have logged so far, and the work item notes give you a place to reference what you have worked on in a given day. For software developers, the Git commit tracking integration automatically summarizes your work for you in a given day. I also like how this software supports multiple users. There are still a few minor bugs with this, but anytime I have reported a bug, I have received an update with the patch within a week, usually less. I'd say the support is great!
