Program is written and it is in testing. You can clone git reposity and you probably will have the ability to compile it.
Idea is that you can use SFENCEX with SFENCE and SSEM and optional SFENCE Extensions Modules to develop program only by write configuration files for SFENCEX. Etc. GTK+SEM SFENCE Extension Module is usign SFENCEX for testing function.
