Code is insecure - definately needs to be placed behind an apache password protection thing; vulnerable to sql injection and cross site scripting. No useful docs on configuring/setting up pureftp either. FWIW, I've made a fork of the project on github - http://github.com/palepurple/pureftp-user-admin - as a customer is using it. Will perhaps try and fix some things, but no promises.
