very nice as to version 0.2 . Really, internal view would be very good... don't forget to visualise clutch position during internal view if You implement it! if you can do all those water-effects, certainly it won't be difficult to You importing also some nice car vertex and triangulation models and do the semitransparent windows also, for the cars. The engine start and clutch is fun but the wheels don't grip enough... I would suggest to add personalisable tyres also, and allow to personalise cluch motion. Some trees and obstacles in the environment would be great... i don't think it's any difficult to You. But don't change the game's style, that's great!
