couldnt connect to internet except for Tor browser tried lots of fixes ,with no success but this solved problem, and can now connect to internet with chrome .opera and avast browser.

Absolutely fantastic!!! just fixed my gigabit connexion that was less than a gigabit! I tried to troubleshoot it for more than 3 months now! I just made this account to tell you how useful was this tool!
