Predict functional consequences of mutations identified from sanger sequencing.

Determine functional consequence of mutations found by Sanger sequencing
Search by gene symbol, Ensembl gene or transcript ID or RefSeq ID
Multiple species supported
Save results to file

Project Samples

Determine consequences of mutations using sequencing data

Deletions and insertions are supported as well as SNVs

Results are reported in a table format that can be filtered by transcript type

Filtered results showing only canonical transcripts for four runs.

MutationMapper can also be used to map CDS coordinates
