I am using Ubuntu 17. Your package is great and easy to use. I can use "clustalw.sh" very easily but when I try to run "msa_package_install.sh" it gives me the following error: bash: /home/ali/Desktop/MeSeq/msa_package_install.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory Please help!
