This plug-in offers you the functionality of Feng Office on your mobile devices.
== Description ==
The open sourced project management software, Feng Office, is still missing native mobile applications. This gap is now being filled by Liquid Office. Liquid Office has been developed in close co-operation with Feng Office and is therefore 100% Feng Office compatible.
Liquid Office consists of nine applications for Android and iOS. Each main functionality of Feng Office – Notes, Mails, Calendar, Documents, Time, Tasks, Reports, Links and Contacts – is delivered as an individual app. This allows users to pick only the functionality they really need and keeps apps small, fast and reliable.
Liquid Notes – allowing to create, edit, delete and otherwise manage notes of an existing Feng Office installation – is released May 15th 2014 for Android and iOS. The installation is as easy as submitting a web-form (https://www.liquid-office.eu/easy- installation).
Data protection is a major issue in Liquid Office and taken care of by support of encrypted communication (via SSL) or the Liquid Office Control Centre. The Liquid Office Control Centre allows users to de-activate mobile devices immediately in case of loss or theft, so that sensitive business data is safe in any event.
As the roots of Feng Office lie in the open source world, also the centerpiece of Liquid Office – the plug-in for Feng Office – is licensed under the Apache 2.0 license. Its auto-update functionality allows users to keep track of the ongoing development easily.
The main features of the current Liquid Notes release are:
- taking notes, regardless of one's place,
- quick classification of notes in order to keep your mobile office clean,
- tagging notes to easily find them,
- a brilliant overview by combining views of multiple workspaces, projects and tags and
- deletion of notes, when they are no longer useful.

There are two options for the installation of the Liquid Office plug-in:
1) use the easy installation form at https://www.liquid-office.eu/easy-installation/ or
2) install it manually, by
a) downloading the latest zip from
https://www.liquid-office.eu/ilia-scripts/latest_version_of_plugin.php
b) uploading the zip to your server (eg via FTP)
c) unpacking the zip to the "plugins" directory of your Feng Office installation
d) setting permissions
e) activating the plug-in in your Feng Office installation
