This utility works nicely under Windows 7. Step one is to use the "Setup.exe" file, rather than the "Setup.msi" file. There are some issues with the .msi framework/coding under Windows 7 for this file. The second step is to check the box "run this program as administrator" in the security settings for the main .exe file (right-click, properties, compatibility tab, privilege level, "run program as administrator").
