Simple OpenStreetmaps tile viewer.

Additions to original mappanel project allowing:
(1) Multiple GPS markers to be shown on top of the map, including a popup text window for information.
(2) Tracks can be shown for multiple GPS markers as they move on the map.
(3) Track properties can be controlled.
(4) Translation capability
(5) GPS Simulator that is on by default to show capabilities
(6) Factory classes to allow the mapmarker popup window and mapmarker icons to be extended/customised.

Original excellent project on which this was based is called MapPanel which was done by stepanrutz, within sourcceforge pages
