The system is very easy and pleasant to use. Installation took me only a few minutes and the basic modules are available completely free of charge. I see a great advantage in the ability to generate PDFs directly within the system and send emails to our customers. A major plus for our company is the self-hosted deployment option, which means our data stays on our own server. Defalto has a modern architecture compatible with PHP 8. I recommend Defalto to other companies that, like us, are looking for a modern and free CRM solution.

The modern, clean design and intuitive navigation make it very easy to use. The system feels well structured, and the connections between modules are smart and practical. I especially appreciate the ability to generate professional PDF documents and send emails directly from the CRM — it’s a real productivity booster. The open-source approach is another big advantage. Having full control over the code gives flexibility and long-term confidence. Communication with the developers has also been fast and professional, which adds a lot of value. Even though Defalto is still a young project, it already offers functionality and quality comparable to some open-source CRMs that have been around for years. It feels competitive and well built. For the future, I’d suggest focusing on deeper automation and more integrations to make the platform even stronger. Great CRM with modern design and strong customization options. We’ve been using Defalto CRM for some time now and overall we are very satisfied with the experience.
