C# ResIL Wrapper

A code wrapper written in C# for the ResIL Image Library providing useful access to ResIL functions.
Includes an image object to store relevant images and perform tasks with and on them.

Uses a slightly modified version of ResIL 1.8.3 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/resil/)

Based on this project for general structure.

This project is incomplete. I've only implemented the things I needed at the time. I will be adding to it eventually.
