My only criticism is not being able to choose a different output directory, and not being able to adjust jpeg compression. Other than that, this is the best go-to stand-alone when you're dealing with media players that don't like large* file sizes. Most people who need to do this shouldn't have to learn a bunch of command line switches and whatnot for something they might not use again for a year. This interface is very straight forward. It gets the job done. Sad that it's not being updated or anything, but I'll take what I can get.

Converts TIFF to PNG but the result is very dim. Unuseable and can't be salvaged in PhotoShop.
