Answerpad Plus ( Answerpad v1.8.6) is an old legacy program which is no longer being developed and relies on Microsoft's VB6.0 runtimes which Microsoft no longer supports, therefore it will only run on 32-bit systems. AI... answerpad Answerpad v1.8.6 downloads are available for those still using XP and 32-bit systems. Note: Answerpad v1.8.6 runs well on Windows XP, but, oddly, does not run well on newer Windows XP laptops (2.1 GHz+ CPUs) for some reason, but does run quite well on a vintage (466 MHz CPU) Windows XP laptop. And, unlike Ultra Hal v6.2, Answerpad v1.8.6 allows one to open and examine the general knowledge files: Infer.txt and Memory.txt, both inside the default Brandy folder. The Infer.txt file is also open, but is composed of awkward rewritten conversations that facilitate faster and more relevant recall in conversations. A fast solid state drive may be required for extremely large Infer.txt and Memory.txt files.
