Doesn't find bonjour, so doesn't work: Win7 x64 - Bonjour 2.0.2 installed

No matter what I do when it starts up, it says bonjour is not installed. It is because I have iTunes but for some unknown reason it's not finding it. Please help me, my friend and I really need this programmer/texteditor.
