XMMS Python Control News

Just an update, for the 1.5 people watching this package ;)

The cvs version SHOULD work at this point. I'm probably going to split it into two packages soon - one for the python module, one for the XMMS controller.

Development has gotten slow ever since I put pocketpc back on my ipaq (waiting for familiar to stabalize a bit, and in the meantime it plays games and has a nice web browser) but I'm about tired of that noise, so in a week or so I'm sure it'll be back to Linux.... read more

Version 0.3 is out! Now client-server, using pygtk and the rocker buttons are mapped appropriately. (And now that it's not doing remote X, runs just fine over ppp or even dialup!)

v0.1 has been released. It's not perfect but it works. (Expect v0.2 shortly, fixing a lot of the 'not perfect' side of things.)
