WikidPad's Help improved tremendously

WikidPad is much more accessable to new users now because it has a much better help documentation. It is not included in the standard binary download yet but can be downloaded as an add-on from http://wikidpad.net. Thanks to Jan Stegehuis, who developed the new help!
