In case anyone comes to this site, I'd like to let you know that I am working on another solution to the problem that Projects Briefcase was supposed to solve.

When using Projects Briefcase I have found that with time you get just too many directories with different versions of your files. It is also not always possible to know in advance what files you may be needing.

I have written a program called "Wide synchroniser", or "Wiser" for short, that can keep a large set of files in sync between several computers. I have successfully used it for a few months now, but I am not releasing it to public yet, as setting up is too complicated at the moment and the risks after a bad setup are just too high. ... read more
