Enhancements for administration and security of openforum.

The release 0.81 provide deeper customization via several templates.

This release includes a number of fixes related to the database implementation.
Please read file readme.txt.

Release 0.78 of OpenForum now supports SQLite and MYSQL, in addition to the basic file system storage.

OpenForum now supports utf-8 encoding.
Now users are allowed to write greek, chinese, any utf-8 in the same page!

Enhanced handling of groups (access control).
Support for anonymous users, by setting the access rules for the new 'anonymous' group.

Minor changes in captcha generation.
Sitemap generator added.

• Rendering of web page is now based on HTML template.
• Users can select which template to use. Templates are stored by the administrator.
• Post textarea is powered by TinyMCE, with formatting capability!
