#16 Memory leak on BBWin 0.13

I just noticed that BBWin had grown to 135MB memory size in one of our Windows 2003 servers. After i restarted it, it went down to 6MB. Checked other Windows 2003 and 2008, and saw the same behavior in all of them. It's looking like a memory leak to me.

    After checking several other servers, it looks like 0.12 doesn't have the memory leak problem (only 0.13).

    0.13 is mostly just a port from VS 2008 to VS2010. I don't have the time to spend on improving it and to be honest it's probably not worth spending the time. We really need a client developed on C# so that it can take advantage of .NET's capabilities of hooking into the OS much more cleanly.
