Update to fix a parsing bug which didn't allow you to download torrents from most of the RSS feeds

Major Changes in this release.

Added VERY simple notification system that will (optionally) provide a popup message listing NEW items that you have set to find on your notification list. New being, if you've see it before you won't be notified a second time when it comes down in the feed later. Also, items that match your notification list will highlight in a different color (that you can customize in general options), this occurs even if popup notifications are turned off. Added bit torrent options to control ports, max uploads, max upload rate and timeout.

Fixed the context menu for download and launch features

Added an Icon to the users Desktop

Rewrote the Icon code as an exbedded resource.

Added a display of the current 'Directory to save files in' label in general options

This is a small registry bug fix.

Added MRU support to the urlbar. Now it should act much like a browsers url bar. Auto saves new urls you type in etc. Some small registry code fixes, added license dialog to the installer.

First commit of code has gone in.
