AutoREALM is a free role-playing game mapping program originally made by Andrew Gryc. This program is an excellent mapping program that can design castles, caves, cities, dungeons and more. New developers are more than welcome! Previously, development were using Delphi language. Some attempts to rewrite it in other languages were done, but currently (since January 2012) there is an attempt or rewrite using those technologies: _ C++11 _ wxWidgets 2.9 (will be 3.0 when it will be released) _ openGL _ pluma framework (a fixed version located on bitbucket) The design of the actual C++ code-base primarily targets clean source code and high modularity of source code, to allow easy reuse of the code and fast learning for people who might join the effort. Current development is located on https://bitbucket.org/bmorel/autorealm . Howerver, older repositories are still here in case someone would like to consult them, and to allow easy access to algorithms they might contain.

APTOS is an open source Apt translator project. It consists of several CAM applications, based on the Apt programming language. It is used to create control programs for cnc mills, lathes, water jets, lasers, and other industrial equipment.

This project provides a library of easy to use 2D graphics editor tools and a functional and extendable stand-alone graphics editor.

ThanCad is a 2dimensional cad, with limited 3d support and raster inclusion capability and emphasis in engineering. It is being written in Python and since it uses the Tkinter library, it is platform independent.

A useful utility for producing stick figure animations, and then afterwords output the animations to formats such as 8-bit PNG files. Another goal is to output a x3d format world.

A parametric, feature-based, sketch-driven 3D CAD application, built around a geometrical constraint solving engine. Project is in early development stage. The FreeSG library (http://freesg.org/) is required.

Jade is a cross-platform diagram editor built on the Qt framework. It is similar in scope to Microsoft Visio or Gnome dia. It is released under the GNU General Public License version 3.0 and is available for Windows, Linux, and likely any other platform that is supported by the Qt library.

TouchGraph provides a set of interfaces for graph visualization using force-based layout and focus+context techniques. For now only older code is available, but we are planning to release new versions as well.

Please see laidout.org for current code and download location. Laidout is desktop publishing and imposition software for Linux, particularly for multipage, cut and folded booklets, with page sizes that don't even have to be rectangular. Bug reports welcome!

This is an inkscape plugin, written by the software engineer for Beauty Full Day, for generating the Fibonacci Pattern. It is a flexible plugin for generating different sizes and allows for one to control how spread out the pattern is and how small to large each node can get.

Source code in C# for wrapper classes for ShapeLib.dll (http://shapelib.maptools.org): a library for reading and writing shape files ( shp shx and dbf).

The aim of this project is to export the xfigure library (.xfig) to provide free stencils/shapes for kivio (.sml) and OpenOffice.org/StarOffice (.sxd,.wmf). The images (over 900) can be used in the OpenOffice.org`s Gallery.

Cedar Shakes (CDR Shakes for the pun of it) will be a collection of visual basic methods to simplify writing your own Coreldraw VBA scripts. * GetEdgePoints - returns a list of cross-points of the outside edge of a ShapeRange (useful for dimensioning) * getCrossPoint - returns a single cross-point from a ShapeRange, where either the highest or lowest value can be specified. eg, the crosspoint closes to the bottom edge of a shape. * Toolbar adds simple methods for adding toolbars and buttons to Coreldraw * ScaleDetail allows the user the create a drawing detail that can be dimensioned, and have a different scale presented than the document.

A manga viewing application written in C++/Qt. CuteMangaView supports thumbnails, full screen viewing, common archive formats (planned), and manga metadata such as bookmarks and translations (planned).

dedalo is a 2d cad drawing software written in python3. It is licensed under the GPLv3. Dedalo features: layers, snaps (endpoint, intersection, midpoint), line, polyline, rectangle, delete, polygon, rectangle, arc, circle, points, text, spline, freehand drawing. Move, scale, rotate, offset, cut, extend, hatch, dimension, copy. English, italian languages SVG read-write. Not all features all fully supported. Reason to leave source forge: Rather no download counter than an add-ware trap for end-users. Also the license can not seem to be corrected.

Diagnose is a portable vector editor designed for drawing various types of diagrams. It allows to include snippets of the LaTeX code into the diagram.

New version of the Doodle project (http://doodle.sf.net). This project is related to Origami (paper folding) diagramming.The goal of this new version is to overcome limitations of the existing Doodle to propose an Integrated Diagramming Environment.

This is a Java application to aid in creating language files for localized Flash-solutions. You are able to see the original text while you provide a localized version. All files are XML-based.

Fandango, formerly and internally know as elcad. It is a python scripted 3d CAD application; the core is programmed on C++, and interface functions are exported to python to be used as building blocks for new commands.
