This project is an implementation of the Precision Time Protocol (PTP) according to IEEE standard 1588 for Linux.

Snap7, through three specialized components: Client and the inedited Server and Partner, allows you to definitively integrate your PC based systems into a PLC automation chain. Designed to transfer large amounts of hi-speed data in industrial facilities, it scales easily, down to small Linux Arm boards such as Raspberry PI. Hi level object oriented wrappers are provided, currently C/C++, .NET/Mono, Pascal, LabVIEW, Python with many source code examples. Very easy to use, a full working server example is not bigger than the “Hello world”. Many projects/makefiles are ready to run to easily rebuild Snap7 in any platform without the need of be a C++ guru. Very detailed documentation provided.

Libnodave is a library that provides the necessary functions to connect to and exchange data with Siemens S7 300/400 PLCs (200 family and S5 family now also supported). Can now also be used under Win32.

Python module for creating functions computing the Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC). Any generating polynomial producing 8, 16, 24, 32, or 64 bit CRCs is allowed. Generated functions can be used in Python or C/C++ source code can be generated.

TCNOpen is an open source initiative which the partner railway industries created with the aim to build in collaboration some key parts of new or upcoming railway standards, commonly known under the name TCN. TCN (Train Communication Network) is a series of international standards (IEC61375) developed by Working Group 43 of the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), specifying a communication system for the data communication within and between vehicles of a train. It is currently in use on many thousands of trains in the world in order to allow electronic devices to exchange information while operating aboard the same train. TCNOpen follows the Open Source scheme, as the software is jointly developed by participating companies, according to their role, so as to achieve cheaper, quicker and better quality results. The Ground Station Software Suite projects aims at providing free, useful software tools for ham radio operators. Currently, this projects hosts the Grig communication radio control. The source repository has been moved over to github.

This ASN.1 compiler turns ASN.1 specifications into C code. The asn1c is shipped together with conformant BER/DER/XER/PER codecs. iPDC is a free Phasor Data Concentrator that collects data from PMUs, and PDC/iPDC that are IEEEC37.118 Synchrophasors std compliant. iPDC do the time sequencing and combining of the received data as per IEEEC37.118 and send to other iPDCs, and applications on request. iPDC is able to archive the received data in the MySQL database on local/remote machine. PMU Simulator is also IEEEC37.118 std compliant. Software is built to be working on Linux platform.
