Linguistic Tree Constructor (LTC) is a tool for drawing lingusitic syntax trees of already-existing text. It is a syntax editor, not a text editor, so the text has to exist already. It is best suited for large-scale, rapid creation of hand-annotated treebanks. The user can define their own node categories, and can label each node with labels, also definable by the user. LTC supports "generic", X-Bar and RRG trees. Supports interlinear texts in SIL SFM format.

Amine is an Artificial Intelligence Multi-Layer Java Open Source Platform dedicated to the development of various kinds of Intelligent Systems and Agents (Knowledge-Based, Ontology-Based, Conceptual Graph -CG- Based, NLP, Reasoning and Learning, Natural Language Processing, etc.). Ontology, KB can be created and manipulated with various processes. CG theory is used as the main knowledge representation language. Amine provides two languages: PROLOG+CG which extends PROLOG with CG and Amine modules, and SYNERGY which is a visual activation/propagation based language. LAOS (Linguistic Agents On Squares) is an implementation of the blocks world domain with interacting agents in Prolog.
