Pros: Helps monitor employees, their active time, and attendance and helps increase productivity in the team.

Cons: I didn’t really face any. We didn’t have any technical issues over the year of using the WorkTime software.

Overall: WorkTime is very effective in monitoring employees. After a few weeks, it led to a change in productivity, making it a must-have software for us now.

Pros: Answer fast. Clear instructions on installation. I wasn't sure every remote employee would install it correctly but it was fine

Cons: Not really. Used it for 3 months now, so far so good

Overall: Great experience. Had lots of questions in the beginning, but customer support was very helpful and sent me all the additional info

Pros: Reports on remote work. A nice feature to compare activities in the office versus from home. Rely on this data.

Cons: Maybe it would be good to have more objectives to compare, not only like active time and productivity.

Pros: WorkTime does not capture any private information or take screenshots/videos. It was hard to find such an option and I am glad we found a perfect solution for our company.

Cons: I really like that WorkTime has many reports on productivity. I would love to see some more on well-being or maybe burnout.

Overall: It was my first time installing employee monitoring for my team as a manager, and even though the installation process was quick, I had many questions about functionality and wanted to know details about productivity reports. Customer service was very nice and quick and answered all of my questions and addressed privacy concerns. Use WorkTime for 3 months now, and everything goes smoothly.

Pros: Compliant with our local data privacy laws, and also HIPAA compliant. No concerns about private information leakage.

Cons: The software doesn’t have a report on employee well-being, which would be really helpful to have. But I like the general respectful approach to monitoring.

Overall: We switched to WorkTime a year ago, because we were not sure about privacy with our previous software and since we work with confidential information we really were concerned about data leakage. Looked for more secure options and found WorkTime. WorkTime is compliant with all privacy regulations, and we can now monitor employee computer activity without those concerns.

Pros: Easy to use, clear design, and very understandable system to install and start monitoring. Many reports.

Cons: I would like to have more reports oriented not to a team but to a single user, maybe also some alarms to start work or have a break.

Overall: Chose WorkTime to monitor my working routine to possibly find an area to improve my productivity. Didn’t have any issues so far (I’ve been using it for a couple of months). Really enjoyed the affordable price.

Cons: There is no option to choose certain design features, like font and its size, which I lacked a bit.

Overall: I have a positive impression of WorkTime. We've been using it in our company for several months now, primarily to monitor overall employee performance, and didn't have any issues so far. Pros: Great for remote monitoring, it does not capture any private information. Online meetings tracker is also handy.

Cons: I'm using the product for a couple of months and did not find any cons till now.

Overall: I looked for a quick solution that can operate on 23 laptops and I got it. Cloud version is very convenient and doesn't burden the computer.

Cons: Interface is poor and could be updated. Everything else is ok.

Pros: It can be completely undetectable, making it easier to estimate employees' true productivity. Hopefully, this is still legal.

Cons: There is no possibility to adjust the start and the stop times of a working day.

Overall: Good piece of software, but some features, such as the inability to set the start of the workday, are illogical. But it could be me not knowing.

Pros: Now I have a great understanding of how well my employees can focus. Filtering of reports is great because there is such a wide variety of them.

Cons: Monthly and weekly reports on top and least performing employees would be great. Preferable per email, eliminating the need to always refer to the program.

Overall: Program is hassle-free and really easy to get acquainted as a first time user. Good solution for remote teams.
