Pros: This application has changed the way our office parks for the better.

Cons: The best thing about the app is the fact that it is so easy to use.

Overall: Before lockdown i could not park in the office as i did not have a spot but thanks to this application i can now pick up the spaced that people who are working from home have released and it has changed my whole working experience for the better.

Pros: Fast and easy to use. Take me less than 20s to book my car park for the next week. Great reminders and easy to cancel if needed.

Cons: Nothing to complain and I am usually a very complaining user.

Overall: Amazing simplicity to use. I strongly recommend to choose this solution if you have to propose a parking management solution.

Pros: Very easy to use, this tool improves your daily work life. No need to look for an available place, yours is waiting for you!

Cons: Nothing serious. But I think the aesthetic side of the tool can be improved. I imagine something more modern, why customizable for each profile? This would allow each user to have the interface he prefers.

Overall: I've been using it for a few months, every day to get to work. I have never encountered any problems in terms of use.

Pros: ParkOffice is amazing to manage our park place in our company, so easy to use.

Cons: I didn't find anything to say for the things I didn't like.

Pros: Since 4 months, I use this app when I go to my workplace, every morning I use it to find a park place very easily. This app help me and all of my coworkers to manage the parking spaces, which is very efficient when there is big traffic on the road.

Cons: I don't find any inconvenience for now, the app is very impressive in terms of ergonomics uses.

Overall: ParkOffice is a revolution for parking management, we use it for our company and we won't change anymore now! I recommend it everyday :D

Pros: I really like how it's easy to use the application! I am the administrator and all my coworkers think the same. And the customer service is just brilliant and they alway respond to all the question. Great thanks to Kevin!

Cons: For the moment I didn't have trouble with the application.

Overall: Everything was really quick, from the presentation to the setting. And even if we are in France, that doesn't make any difficulty.
All is easy to understand and to use. And as I said, the costumer service is so lovely and are here to help, I'm glad we choose this solution.

Cons: There's nothing I dislike about the app. Maybe the French translation could be improved, but nothing really annoying :).

Overall: Before we've started working with ParkOffice we had problems allocating our few parking lots available fairly. Their reservation system is so easy to use that we were impressed! We don't know how we would do without ParkOffice, so thank you! I strongly recommend it!

Pros: This app is really handy. It is a really pleasure to use it and it's easy to use. It allows you to organize in advance for parking spaces. It's an equal split.
The application is clear and we can easily reserve our parking space.

Cons: I don't know what to say except maybe the translation of the application in French.

Cons: There is no inconvenience, except for the days when I don't get my parking space! But that's part of the game if there are fewer spaces than there are applicants.

Overall: It creates a fair policy for the management of parking spaces which allows you to let ParkOffice manage without thinking about it.

Pros: The initial configuration of the application is simple and easy to use for anyone who is not too tech savvy! The ParkOffice team was able to help you quickly in case of a problem.

Cons: Can only book up to 2 weeks in advance and do not have a regular continuous application.

Overall: Excellent seamless transition from our old parking system (first come, first served) to our new parking system.

Pros: The initial app set-up is straightforward and is easy to use for anyone who is not too tech savvy! The Park Office Team have been able to help swiftly with any issues.

Cons: No faults experienced with this service. First class Customer Service!

Overall: Great Customer Service from the Park Office team. So easy to use and the weekly reminders are so handy. Being able to book using the app on your phone - it can be done outside of the normal hours.

Pros: Easy layout and less stress involved in securing a parking space. There is always a space available and I like being able to open the gate with my phone.

Cons: Only being able to book up to 2 weeks in advance and not have a rolling regular request.

Overall: Fairly straightforward to get used to and never had a request refused. Overall a great design with good features.

Pros: Super easy to use, quick, simple and spaces are only taken when staff are in so all spaces are utilised.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. The app is always working with no down time and quickly approved.

Pros: ParkOffice solves all our parking problems within 10 days of getting in contact. We were having problem with capacity but their platform allowed us to get much more out of our existing space.

Cons: Nothing to report, anything minor was dealt with quickly. Gerard and Jason were very helpful and are always available to chat.

Pros: Really helped us with improved availability of space and prioritizing vulnerable employees during covid.

Cons: Nothing hugely to mention here. Any problems we had were minor and dealt with promptly.

Overall: Really happy with the service provided. Excellent value for money in comparison to other options. Has really reduced the traffic around the office too.
