Pros: What I like most is that it is able to resolve supplier quality issues and offers the ability to generate reports, plus the audit trails are easily accessible and I really its features.

Cons: The user interface should be more intuitive to improve the user experience.

Overall: This application is excellent for record keeping, document quality management and auditing, and we generally use it to solve these problems, which is beneficial.

Pros: What I liked the most is how easy it is to set up and the support service is excellent. On the other hand, the flexibility is amazing because I can handle multiple tasks without any problems and manage quality control documents and everything goes smoothly.

Cons: So far everything is going well and I have no problems affecting the operation of Intelex.

Overall: My overall experience is positive because it provides reporting capabilities, and its wonderful because it allows you to solve quality management and training problems. thats great.

Pros: Easy to use library, professional appearance, easy to search. Powerful behind the scenes systems administration capability.

Cons: Time consuming to upload revisions, can be confusing for document approvers to submit approvals.

Overall: Very well-thought out program, but document control upgrades could be more timely. Document control would benefit from an easier interface for logging in (or no-log in required) and searchability levels for general users at a kiosk station.
