"A thorough and solid product" Posted 2021-05-12
Pros: The potential to have additional cards and protect your main accounts is crucial. I'm always tracking spending per project and this level of organization is great considering the low effort that I have to put it. I've been able to set up multiple projects and start spending with employees as well as learn from their weekly webinars.
Cons: I feel like more of an overview of the potential is important. It's helpful to know what the product can do so that a designer like myself can place my business and my team on board faster.
Overall: It was very fast to get on board and start up. The card took a while to come in but the account set up was very easy. I'd like more use cases for different types of business to see the potential and also an easier way to add multiple bank accounts for us profit-first people. Love it overall and it makes transacting and accounting a bit simpler.

"Lots of options" Posted 2021-05-12
Pros: Customization of budgets and category types is good. The ability to add people is easy as is creating budgets.
Cons: Payments pend for too long. I don't have a problem with weekly payments but having to wait five business days for a payment to post is too long. This cuts into the actual amount of usable credit.
Overall: Customer service has been responsive. I have found that transactions can show as completed even though a receipt has not been attached.

"Great tool for Management freedom" Posted 2021-05-11
Pros: We love the ability to delegate spending responsibilities to employees with clear limits. This takes a huge burden off of upper management.
Cons: We really would love greater support for QuickBooks desktop integration. And clearer support instructions for budget setup vs virtual cards.
Overall: We are really happy with Divvy and have had positive experiences as a company. With employee cards it has taken a huge burden off of our upper management and we are able to focus on more important work rather than cash accounting for employee gas runs.

"Great Product for Users and " Posted 2021-05-11
Pros: I love how user friendly the software is. The end users actively use the product more than they have with other softwares, making both of our lives easier.
Cons: They are not yet integrated with our ERP, Netsuite. Once that is implemented, I will have no qualms with the software.
Overall: Overall, I would recommend this product. The team at Divvy is working on a solution for integrating with Netsuite, and once that is complete, the only issue I have with the product will be resolved.

"Innovative/Straightforward" Posted 2021-05-11
Pros: The platform is easy to use, includes a simplified onboarding process and an innovative/clean dashboard. If that's not enough there are videos/tutorials that get you going.
Cons: The only con I can think of is that you can carry a balance over if needed to the following month. Although I do think that's a minor con.
Overall: Overall experience from applying to being approved was very streamlined and I've recommended it to a few others who have expressed the same overall experience.

"Great All In One Solution" Posted 2021-05-11
Pros: Easy to get a high spending limit, while also getting decent rewards. The virtual cards are a great feature which lets you assign cards to specific merchants, making it easy to tell where your company's money is going. The QuickBooks integration really makes bookkeeping a breeze!
Cons: Only con I can think of which might sway me away in the future are the rewards rates, I am more of a fan of straight cashback and other cards would provide better cashback rates compared to Divvy.
Overall: Overall Divvy is a great expense management tool, while also providing valuable features such as virtual cards, budgets, bookkeeping software integrations all in a very clean user interface.

"Best travel expense management tool" Posted 2020-10-14
Pros: Divvy is super simple to setup, customize and use. The flexibility of the system the saving and email of batch recites takes a 15-40 minute task to prepare and post reimbursements down to just a few minutes, creating incredible value for owners.
Cons: Need the roles and rights expanded a bit to better control system. Would be great if they had a per Diem feature like they do mileage reimbursement.
Overall: Far and away the best tool I have used in my 30+ year in accounting. The flexibility of the system to customize by group limits the choice for each group just to their relevant data so they don’t have to scroll thru other department’s choices which make it easy to get people to adopt.
