When a form is filled in the iPad app, the patient is checked-in, their record is updated, a PDF (with signature) is uploaded to their files, and a treatment note can optionally be created as well. Either in-clinic, using our native iPad app, or in the patient's home, on their own Mac, PC or mobile device.
