Ollama fix, update verification & restart reliability
Fixed
- Ollama models not appearing in chat dropdown: API key check now correctly skips Ollama (local provider, no key needed). Models appear in selector and tool calls work
- Ollama "Missing API Key" warning: Status indicator in AI Settings now shows green for Ollama instead of amber "Missing API Key"
- Ollama "API key not configured" error on chat: Message send flow now bypasses keyring lookup for Ollama providers
- Update verification indicator: SHA-256 verified releases now show green ShieldCheck badge instead of amber "Unverified release" warning
- App restart after update: Replaced fixed 5-second sleep with PID-polling (waits for process to actually exit). Works reliably on both fast and slow machines. Three fallback layers: helper script, setsid inline, pre_exec inline

- AI model auto-import: Tools capability now enabled by default for all auto-imported models (was disabled, breaking AeroAgent tool calls)
